Lovely chalet located 1km from the center of the village of Morzine, i.e. 15min by walk, it offers you all the comfort for a successful ski holiday, you will be close to the town center while being in a quiet area.
Built on 3 levels the chalet consists of:
Ground floor: A ski-room, a large hallway, a family bedroom en suite (bath and WC) with a double bed (can be transformed into 2 single beds) and a bunk bed, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a WC independent and a sauna.
R+1: An opened plan kitchen with access to the terrace with jacuzi, a living room, two double bedrooms en suite (can be transformed into 2 single beds)
R+2: A master bedroom en suite, an office.
This chalet can be suitable for a group of maximum 8 adults and 2 children
Access to the chalet a little steep (provide chains in winter for exceptional cases).
Outdoor parking for 3 cars.
Pets accepted, maximum 3, at the rate of 5€/day.
End of stay cleaning and linen included.
